We regret to inform you that all matches for tonight’s session Wednesday, July 24, have been postponed due to weather. If you purchased your tickets directly through SeatGeek.com, your tickets for Session 6 will be applied as a balance on yourSeatGeek.com account for you to redeem at a remaining Session of the 2024 Atlanta Open. This will happen automatically, so please check your account on the SeatGeek app or SeatGeek.com for your account information. To redeem your credit, select the new session you would like to attend, place seats in your cart and when you go to checkout select “use account credit” under where it says confirm and pay. If your credit is more money than the seats you select you will have a remaining credit balance. If your new seat selection is more that your available credit you will have additional monies due.

·         You cannot redeem your credit on the SeatGeek app – this is only available to redeem on the computer at SeatGeek.com or on your mobile browser on SeatGeek.com. 

·         Please login to your account before you start browsing tickets

·         When you are looking at tickets please select “HIDE RESALE” under the filters as your account credit will not apply to tickets being sold secondhand

·         Your account balance cannot be combined with any additional discount codes

·         When you get to the checkout page, you will select the button that says “Apply Account Credit” 

·         After you select, you will have to scroll down to your payment method options and check the checkbox next to your account credit to apply it to your cart. If you have a remaining balance after your account credit is applied, you can select your additional method of payment to pay the balance. If you do not use the entirety of your credit, it will cover your full balance and you can use the remaining balance on another session of your choosing.

·         The credit is valid until it runs out – it is not one time use 

·         Credit must be used by July 28, 2024 as it only applies to the 2024 Atlanta Open

·         If you received you tickets complimentary, tickets will not be transferred to another session

Where to find your ticket credit:

If you purchased your tickets from a 3rd party re-seller like StubHub, TicketCenter, Vivid Seats, GameTime, TicketMaster, etc. please contact them directly regarding your purchase.
